1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing qrushapp.net, or using the Qrush app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Qrush.
Qrush is a dating and connection service built around consent, comfort, and intentional discovery. These Terms apply to all users and all parts of the service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Qrush.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You may not use Qrush if you are prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law.
- You may not use Qrush if we previously removed or banned your account unless we give written permission.
3. Accounts and profile accuracy
You are responsible for your account, credentials, profile information, photos, preferences, and activity. Information you provide should be accurate, lawful, and yours to share. Do not impersonate another person, create fake accounts, misrepresent your age, or use Qrush for deceptive activity.
Keep your login information private. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Consent-first community rules
Qrush is built for respectful LGBTQ+ dating and connection. You agree to use Qrush in a way that respects consent, identity, boundaries, and personal safety.
- Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, shame, exploit, or pressure another user.
- Do not send sexual, explicit, or intimate content without clear consent.
- Do not promote hate, violence, discrimination, self-harm, exploitation, trafficking, or illegal activity.
- Do not scrape, spam, solicit, advertise, sell services, or use bots without permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass blocks, reports, moderation actions, security systems, or account restrictions.
5. User content
You own the content you submit to Qrush, such as profile text, photos, messages, meetup details, reports, and support requests. You grant Qrush a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and process that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the service.
You must have the rights needed to upload content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, our safety standards, or the law.
6. Safety, reports, and moderation
Qrush provides reporting, blocking, review, and account deletion tools. We may review profile photos, meetups, verification requests, reports, and other activity. We may remove content, limit features, reject meetups or photos, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve safety records, or contact authorities when appropriate.
We are not obligated to monitor every interaction, and we cannot guarantee that every user is who they claim to be. Use judgment, respect boundaries, and report safety concerns.
7. Meetups and offline interactions
Qrush may allow users to create or discover meetups and make plans to meet offline. You are responsible for your own decisions before, during, and after any offline interaction. Qrush does not conduct criminal background checks on every user and does not guarantee the conduct, identity, health, intentions, or safety of any user or meetup attendee.
- Meet in public places when appropriate and tell someone you trust where you are going.
- Respect consent and comfort before changing plans, escalating intimacy, or sharing personal information.
- Use Qrush reporting and blocking tools if something feels unsafe or violates these Terms.
8. Paid features and subscriptions
Qrush may offer paid features, subscriptions, boosts, or other premium products. If paid features are available, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund handling will be shown at purchase and may be managed through the app store, payment provider, or Qrush account settings.
Unless required by law or stated at purchase, payments may be non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal if you do not want to continue.
9. Account deletion and termination
You can request account deletion through the app or through our Delete Account / Data page. We may retain limited information when needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, moderation, payment, or legitimate business purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or Qrush, infringed rights, broke the law, or misused the service.
10. Service changes and availability
Qrush may change, pause, discontinue, or limit features at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Qrush is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrush will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, emotional distress, or offline interactions arising from use of the service.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where Qrush is legally organized, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Qrush, safety expectations, or legal requirements evolve. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, the website, or another reasonable method.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@qrushapp.net.
