Email us at support@qrushapp.net. Please write from the email address linked to your Qrush account when possible.

  • For account access, include your account email and username if you know it.
  • For billing or subscription questions, include the platform used for purchase and any receipt identifier available from the app store.
  • For safety issues, include only the information needed to help us identify the account, message, meetup, or report.

Safety and reporting

If another user is making you feel unsafe, use in-app report and block tools when available. These tools preserve context that helps our safety review. If you cannot access the app, email us with the subject line "Safety report."

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Qrush support is not an emergency response service.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, or other data rights, email us with the subject line "Privacy request." You can also review our Privacy Policy and Delete Account / Data page.

We may ask you to verify your identity before we disclose, correct, or delete account information.

Legal, App Store, and policy notices

For legal notices, intellectual property concerns, law enforcement requests, App Store review questions, or policy escalations, email support@qrushapp.net with a clear subject line and enough context for routing.

Response expectations

We aim to prioritize safety, account access, and privacy requests. Some requests may take longer if they require identity verification, moderation review, app store records, or legally required processing.
